Gerald Grose Estates cc provides a management service to Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations to ensure compliance with all the relevant ACTS. In addition to this it provides the accounting facilities to run monthly statements, facilitate meetings, reconciliation and payment of accounts, facilitation of AGM and other Special Meeting’s etc.
Compliance with the SECTIONAL TITLES SCHEMES MANAGEMENT ACT, 2011 (Act No 8 of 2011) and The CSOS which was established in terms of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act to regulate the conduct of parties within community schemes and to ensure their good governance has become a vital role in managing sectional title and where applicable Home Owners Associations .
The Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act 9 of 2011) and the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act 8 of 2011) and Regulation thereto were proclaimed on 07 October 2016.
